Elevated Concepts to Guide Societies and People towards Social & Economic Synergy.
Elevated Concepts to Guide Societies and People towards Social & Economic Synergy.
Hartharmonism (härth-ärm-on-ism) is the joining of hearth – the center of home, family and kithavily – with harmony to instill a stronger continuity with the extended relation of kith and kin, a way to steer from Bipolar Societies. Policies of governance must guide the population away from the support of opportunistic individuals, corporate interests, guild-union conformity and political party agendas; applying their efforts for the benefit of families, homesteads, open communities, mutual enterprises and the population in its entirety.
For decades, considerable strife and conflicts has arisen from the schisms created by polarization of capitalism and socialism. Unconstrained capitalistic views are dangerous in the allowance of bullies to force their positions at the expense of others. Socialism – including communism – is dangerous in the notion that all people are to be reduced to common denominators and homogenized within the society, professing each person is to be considered the same.
Capitalism holds the false notion that free, unregulated commerce would create competition for the benefits of everyone and that companies are more suited to solve the problems of society. In practice, without balancing elements, larger companies have always bullied smaller enterprises, often pricing competitions out of business, with the remaining inflated companies carving regions in similar manner as crime syndicates. Once lesser competition is removed by price cutting measures, prices begin upward trajectory.
In addition to higher prices, having fewer companies in any region limits opportunities for employment and companies would stifle wages for the benefit of the elite management, owners and shareholders. Both price manipulation and employment constraints has happened throughout history in the United States and other nations.
Socialism has not proven to be an answer and has a multitude of problems as well – even when people shifted to the concept of democratic socialism. The notion that guild-unions help workers and their families is a guise for guild-union leaders to wrestle control for their personal prestige, wealth, political influence and benefit.
The progression of guild-unions has the same advancing qualities as dictatorship and bullying business practices. The guild-union captures controls, using workers as soldiers in hostile takeover of business practices – and even nations. China, Soviet Union and Nazi Germany are three of the more notorious regimes that began as worker guild-unions, with the laborers taking control of the nation for the suppose it benefit of the peoples. All such regimes have failed under great opposition. Even China’s communist rule failed and has shifted to an oppressive corporate business economy to sell products cheaply, but purchasing properties and companies of other nations.
Both capitalism and socialism retained the focus within disputes, because each person finds themselves more in opposition of one or the other, discounting other considerations. In their dislike for one of the two polarized views, they become attracted to the other. This is the same effect as what occurs in the bipartisan politics of the United States, creating the schism that continues to this day between Republicans and Democrats.
~ Bipolar Societies ~
It’s natural for people to gravitate into two factions. From the beginning of the United States, the nation schism into two camps. Though George Washington was considered nonpartisan, Congress was very much partisan. The first two parties formed from the new nation were Democratic-Republicans and Federalists. They became divided decades later with an internal schism arising from the decline of the Federalist party. The Democrats lost the Republican part of the original political party, which formed into the National Republicans that shifted to the Whigs for a while, though eventually becoming just the Republicans.
Throughout the evolution of the bipartisan system in the U.S., the two national factions remain polarized, changing as the whims of ‘public discomforts’ shifted. Through it all, people drifted from one side to another, depending on which they dislike the most.
That leads to our current dilemma and strife. People naturally gravitated to the opposite side based on their dislikes, fears and discomforts of what the other side may provide or find beneficial, feeling a threat from other ways of thinking. In that polarization, people reject harmonious collective solutions. In doing so, each person becomes vulnerable to the rhetoric presented by leadership. Each side of the bipartisan schism seeks to monopolize the population under the control of a few, supported by cronies who may gain minor prestige from such successes.
Some may search for balance, yet find themselves leaning one way or another to the point where initiative votes and position elections are often a dead heat, with just a few making the difference. However, most people are more set on the destruction of opposition – avoiding coexistence. In their desire for greater prestige and wealth, most people strive to wrestle prosperity from others. In their view, others cannot prosper – especially if they’re different.
The schism for prosperity becomes directed to legislation – even in a democracy. With initiative votes and elections being so close, half of the nation becomes happy, with the other half not so much so. Is there a solution for this social schism that plagues people and nations for so many centuries? I hope there is. If not, people must accept that they are dictated by their own dislike of other people’s and they will always join a group based on that distain of whatever the other person is.
People don’t often join a political group because they love the members with in such parties. Virtually every person does so for their own practical benefits, satisfying a selfish desire for superior position, even for social prestige over others. They joined to set themselves on a path to greater influence and position. Extremely few join such organizations for the benefit of all persons in the nation.
With so many gravitating into one of the two primary political parties, each person finds themselves lost in a crowd. Each would be struggling for personal greatness, glory and influence – hence the internal factions and schisms all groups suffer from.
Factions and schisms have been the destruction of every group and nation that failed in the past, and groups that now exist will fail in the future. History has shown this to be a truism. Even the long-lasting nations of ancient Egypt and Rome went through many manifestations and dynasties that differed from prior incarnations.
With all the changes of the past and what is progressing through the early 21st Century, are we to continue to be polarized?
We may not have a choice. It comes down to the Us and Them Syndrome. Just as a short film shown in the schools around the nation during the late-1960s; the stream that divides people to either side of the shore, creates the ‘Us and Them’ situation. You’re either Us – or you’re with Them.
To state you’re not with Them and have not joined with those claiming to be Us, leaves the person out of the one group, who would treat the other as the Them – even if emphatically denied otherwise.
Even the policies of the early 21st Century to accommodate independence with the phrasing “Do you lean Democrat or Republican?” has in its central view a drawing to one side or the other.
So here we are; a nation where most all people dislike other people, whether they admit it or not. We may as well admit our dislike of a great many people based on their political views and social agendas. In doing so, we can then strive to a path of civility and acceptance. In a real sense, this entire nation must go through a 12-step program, with the first step being the acceptance that we all have severe problems and we must not blame others for our strife any more than we are to blame ourselves. Only then can we work to recover from this problem.
If each person continues to believe their side—whether it is support of corporate interests, guild-union or other positions—without the honest consideration of other views, the strife of a great many people will continue.
Holding to views that guild-unions can force superior existence for each person and their families would not resolve the difficulties plaguing our societies – and the problems will continue.
Holding to the views that business competition has the means to better each individual and their families – striving to remove ‘crippling regulations,’ allowing businesses to run amuck – the problems will continue.
With each person believing they can force others to conform to constrictive commonality and a homogenize template, then the problems will continue.
These constrictive problems are not limited to political parties. Faith-centered organizations have created a great many conflicts, spreading strife through populations because the other people didn’t agree with their concepts of morality or sense of decency, or their concept of deities. The forcing of compliance to political parties or religion creates an Us-Them situation.
“If you’re not with Us, then you’re with Them.”
“If you’re not with our concept of God, your influenced by the Devil.”
“If you’re not supporting the Democrats, your against workers.”
“If you’re not supporting the Republicans and free trade, your against a strong economy and would take from the rich and give to the poor.”
“If your for entitlements, you’re for crushing of the economy.”
There are a great many such statements – and all are divisive.
Relaxing regulations on businesses may spur considerable growth of the economy, though inflation that arises from such actions has never benefited the less affluent. The lower one is positioned within the wealth-scale of society, the less such growth will benefit them. The closer a person is to poverty, the harsher their realities would become.
The higher stock prices of corporations rise, the less affordable they become to the more average person, let alone those of less affluent means.
Creating routes for balanced prosperity is needed. Many would label any scale leveling mechanism of financial relation amongst the companies as socialism, saying, “This is redistribution of wealth.”
The Robin Hood Effect warms the heart; though in itself, does not solve problems and is rejected by most everyone holding to pure capitalistic views.
Support of unregulated business and guild-unions does not strengthen the economy, people, families or nations. Unstable economies, raping the environment for resources, unsafe workplaces and unsecured benefits have always created greater problems for a greater number of people – and such problems have been costly.
As for the cost; greater funds is needed to solve problems of not taking care of the environment and people, then to be decent in the first place. Secure the life, liberty and substance of people and families with the wilderness and environment, and each person could prosper and grow. There is a route to such an atmosphere, though each person would have to recognize that other people have qualities to admire and deserve the means to prosper.
The qualities of people often complements what is lacking in others, and everyone has strengths to rise families and collection of families to higher grandness. Honor the qualities, abilities and achievements of others without lessening such as a means to raise oneself, the whole could benefit. Many steps would be needed.
Never say, “That person did well, however my achievements are greater.”
The achievement of some will be obviously greater than others. Since each person is unique, there qualities will differ. This is not to be construed as a license to demean the other persons. Honor their achievements for all its glory without conditions.
Managers must honor the qualities of all people, where there they are on the same crew or not. They are to guide the people to the goals without threats. Managers resorting to threats and vindictive disciplines are poor managers. Honor the achievements of each person.
In those lessons, political parties and those in support of them needs to recognize the beneficial qualities of all views and understand the faults of each person and political party. Neither the Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians or Green Party are doing well. They have always strive for the benefits of the elites at the expense of others.
Democrats and guild-unions became a haven for less scrupulous individuals, crime mafias and the Jimmy Hoffas of the nation, each gaining great benefits from others, leaving scraps to be wrestled over.
Republicans and business tycoons are no better. The wake of destruction in the pursuit of profits have left a great number of people, families, wilderness and environments in shambles – and the cost of repairs was much greater. Those costs were never covered to satisfaction by the companies who caused the damage, and the damage had to be repaired by monies to obtained from the rest of the population. Shareholders never takes responsibilities, leaving CEOs to be prosecuted – with very few of them punished to a satisfactory level for the damage and destruction left behind.
The general population is often deceived by the prospects of higher wages. In the promise of higher income, the population as a whole become blind at the rising cost of goods – most often having accelerated pricing higher than the income amounts. This is felt more at lower income rates.
If there are sides to be polarized to, let the extended family be the side that benefits the most. Let policies strengthen all the peoples and families – especially those with less affluent means.
Let the concept of families be extended to include all agreeable kith and kin, and not limited to married couples and their children. This would include the behavior of insurances for the benefit of all peoples.
Let the enterprises owned by families have greater sway on policy than corporate interests.
In these family supporting concepts, let the notion of Heartharmony—the harmony of hearth and family—be to one side, and in opposition of the aggressive natures of Democrats, Republicans, guild-unions, corporate interests, Libertarians, Green Party, socialism, communism and so forth.
Let the concepts of Creative Vision Assembly be for the stability of the greater family (kithavily) and all unique people. Knowing that we will not all get along, we could still recognize the beneficial qualities of each person, giving them the honor they deserve. Let policies strengthen the well-being of all peoples, knowing those with greater affluence have greater responsibility to make the nation and all its people better, more secure and stable.
So let it be.

A desire for a broader concept within the political arena of the United States is thwarted by the established bipartisanship that had evolved and still clutches the authority. Unfortunately, this is a natural trend that society has to actively steer from.
Concerning who we are and what to expect from others.
In order to live in harmony with others in the neighborhood and world, one should know what to expect from people.
To do that, we must accept each person for who they are and the personalities they have.
Knowing this is a difficult process in a limited society, each of us must progress beyond the limitations of theological doctrines.
Arinora presents a unique and broader view of personalities, going beyond the homogenized lists presented in the past.
The principles of Arinorin heart and mind revolve around the concept that we are each connected with nature through the energies of the universe.
Each person uses labels to describe everything, even if some may say otherwise. Clarification is needed. If not for labeling, how else are we to express ourselves and declare our philosophies. Labels help bring others to a quicker understanding of one’s views. In order to ensure that we are not mistaken for something we are not, people declare, “We are ~~~”; Terran Earthers, Conservative, Liberal, Democrat, Republican, Pagan, Catholic, Wiccan, Protestant, Druids, etc., etc., etc.
Often, people misunderstand general labeling and others would hold different interpretations. Therein lies the many confusions people have when relating to each other. Honest, civil conversation amongst people can alleviate some of these misunderstandings.
So, what is it to be Arinorin? This would be a philosophy of acting harmoniously within nature, carefully absorbing the benefits of technology without losing one’s connection with nature.
As people are social, we would live and function together in extended communities townships and societies, knowing the diversity of peoples have great contribution to the fabric of all societies.
Families and Friends (Kith & Kin) are at the root of communities. From an Arinorin philosophy, families are an extension of conventional views, though excluding the disruptive members. In that view, kin and kith who function harmoniously are rooted in the distinctive community. The family community differs from a neighborhood within townships and have an organic, layered social fabric.
In people’s rush into the modern, technical, future society, many have lost touch with the roots of sapien social harmony. They would even discount viable social fabrics of the past, including finding the use of kin and kith as archaic. In doing so, they lose a sense of connection with people, heritage, history and culture, becoming vulnerable to the hazards of social discord.
In their social disconnection from people, they would wonder why there is so much chaotic disruption flowing through societies. More and more are becoming lost in their omnivices (media devices, otherwise known as smart phones) and are losing social connections more and more each day.
We as Arinorins would wrestle against such trends, bringing people into harmonious family communities.
In these modern times, many terms have been gathering negative connotations as a means to produce a distinction that festers hostile resentment, even misunderstood confusion. Through the centuries, tribes, clans, phratries and such has been twisted into groups to be feared, ridiculed and dissolved. Even more recently, the concept of communes have produced singular imagery of hippies hanging out on isolated properties. Because of these twisted perceptions, people began tearing the fabric of communal harmony apart.
Though many people will discount the benefits of tribes and clans, they will join various organizations – political and social – that function the same, even if they will declare otherwise.
