Elevated Concepts to Guide Societies and People towards Social & Economic Synergy.
Elevated Concepts to Guide Societies and People towards Social & Economic Synergy.
Economic growth is seen as the primary goal of society; that each person must strive for the pinnacle of economic prowess to be successful; that fulfillment, even happiness, is linked to the amount of wealth and income each person acquires. Others disagree, though most of those people object, in order to justify their lack of affluency, wealth and higher income.
Both attitudes don’t address means to balance economics with the many layers of people and their abilities to contribute to societies.
To achieve economic balance, the notion of Healthy Economic Growth has to be squelched when it lacks leveling aspects. Healthy Economic Balance must enact means to scale those of lesser affluency to move into fruitful opportunities in order to compensate for the growth doubling discrepancy, where doubling a lesser number creates a lagging effect when related to doubling higher numbers.
If one addresses the avarice, greedy nature of people and business, those viewing guerrilla capitalism as the only means to save society will claim there is no inherent greed with capitalism; that striving for the most income is how people in society must behave; that the rise of home values and stock market, as well as all commodities and products, show the full strength of society; that everyone benefits when economies are growing in leaps and bounds.
At best, the supposed Healthy Economic Growth skims over balancing issues of economics within societies.
When economies grow – and valuations of companies, products, homes and stocks rise – most people would rejoice. However, accelerated growth is always a concern, and Inflation is discussed during rapid growth.
On the heels of discussing Inflation, people begin having growing concerns about Recessions, even Depressions. Even while complaining about Inflation, the moment accelerated bloating teeters, people become worried about Recession, especially when bloated value of homes and stocks begin to decline.
This goes beyond home prices, rentals and stock markets, though those valuations are at the forefront of most discussions.

Contraction and Correction of bloated economies and valuations is not Recession.

When the cost of living is addressed, opinions within societies split even further apart. People who prosper during Inflationary Times will revel in the growth, criticizing anyone who does not prosper. They see dissenters as people lacking comprehension of how ‘proper’ societies and economies function; with those not succeeding declaring those who prosper are selfish and greedy.
Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged lays out a lengthy story of Producers and Looters(Makers and Takers). Though Ayn Rand’s story has merit regarding the bipolar nature of the subject, she refused to acknowledge a platitude of societal concepts that go far beyond Capitalism or Communistic Socialism dynamics. Most everyone has this limitation.
To resolve unbalanced economies, populations and societies, we must accept that both Pure Capitalism and Pure Communistic Socialism are flawed and corrupted at the core; and that there are a multitude of societal dynamics that could solve economic growth problems. Such solutions can function only if people stop siding towards Pure Capitalism or Pure Communistic Socialism.
It’s clear that the prior statement alone will drive most every person into defending aspects of Pure Capitalismand Pure Communistic Socialism, disregarding blatant flaws of both. Both sides of this divide see the other as inherently corrupted and flawed at the core, yet will not acknowledge systemic corruption and flaws of what they, themselves are defending.
Other Arinora and CVA articles expound on those inherent flaws and corruptions. This article is focused on bringing rational consideration to balancing economics to ensure all people could thrive, helping to limit those who would snatch prosperity from others. This article is to help conceive societies that honor those with true higher qualities and not allow bullies and heisters to profit from their unscrupulous behavior.
Bullies and heisters must never thrive; and all peoples must ensure those with dignity and decency are honored for their true qualities and achievements. Some will see this as the focus of Atlas Shrugged, though who are the Producersand who are the Looters?

Whether from Damocles, Stan Lee or another person; the statement ‘With greater power comes greater responsibility’ holds merit. Furthermore, such responsibility must never be shrugged away or ignored.
Also, those of lesser abilities must always honor those who have higher qualities. No person at any social station should shrug away responsibilities to societies, nor should they exploit others. Each person must function to bring balance to societies while ensuring heisters – another form of Looters – and bullies do not thrive.
Bringing balanced economies to people involves scaling stations of society, including servitude nature of employment, as well as higher responsibility of management – both of which are discussed in other Arinora and CVA articles.
Finding balance of economics must bring leveled scaling of median income in line with cost of living, rental amounts and home values. Regions, townships, states, provinces, counties, shires and nations are to apply great efforts to bring balance across all aspects of societies, so there is balance between regions and nations, curbing tendencies of heisters and bullies, who loots from others.
Furthermore, those at lower scale of affluency must have active means to ensure their ability to thrive and not be exploited. This does not entail charity. It is to ensure all people have the ability to function in relation to their qualities, including having the means for education, residency, foods, medical care and so forth; everything needed to elevate each person to their natural abilities and well-being. This is needed so each person does not become a burden on societies.
Those who are not able to hold function, or find avenues to thrive on their own, shall be afforded positions within local public-civil services, performing in ways suitable to their abilities under supervision and guidance while they continue their education.
There should not be the notion of unemployment. This is a concept of guerrilla capitalism. Furthermore, public-civil functions should never be construed as communistic in nature. Such functions would be pools for other agencies and companies to attract from. In this way, people in public-civil services would continue learning, as well as earn livings, while becoming more proficient, gaining well-needed experience.
When agencies and companies need employees, even temporary agencies, they can tap such pools. Even assorted part time employment may interrelate with public-civil services, as well as private companies.
Civil functions must be considered honorable, as these people are in public service for the betterment of societies. Those at lesser stations striving to learn and improve their qualities should always have opportunities to do so. Entering public-civil service allows people to gain needed experience, elevating their abilities and station.

Whatever methods are created to balance economic stabilities must ensure those of lesser affluency are able to thrive and progress; and those at higher affluency are to honor their own personal responsibilities to societies by contributing higher percentages of full income and effort. Again, those with greater power have greater responsibilities.
Throughout the past, those of higher affluency have avoided their responsibilities to society, using deductions to reduce their tax-levies by considerable amounts, often not paying any tax-levies at all. For this reason, all deductions must be removed and scaled percentages applied to ranked portions of full income of people. This would bring balanced decency to the roles each person owes society.
When people often refer to loopholes as avenues of abuses within deductions; that deductions are not the problem and are beneficial for who they are applied. However, it is clear that all deductions become loopholes for people to avoid their responsibilities and must be eliminated. All deductions have benefited those of higher affluencies considerably more than those at lesser incomes.
Finding ways to bring balance between median income and cost of living, as well as median rentals and home values, must be actively achieved by all peoples and officials.
Bringing balance of median income with median home costs, as well as rental amounts, must take place, so each person, family and kithavily have the means to own homes or afford decent residency.
As a rule for real estate affordability, the annual income of a person multiplied by no more than 2.5 is considered a reasonable cost of a home for them to afford. In the more distant past, this was achievable by one income, allowing the father and mother – or guardians – to raise children without having strangers taking care of younglings, or to rely on schools to care for their children, in order for both parents to work. Economic growth since those days formed considerable imbalance of stability within societies.
With the breakup of extended families and close communities, fewer people have the means to raise families effectively. Because of other problems in the past, we don’t want those days to return. However, we must guide societies to find true balance with median incomes, so it is in balance with home values, rental levels and cost of living.
Several means of bringing bloated home prices into reasonable levels are presented in the Arinora-Cascadia Solution, presently embedded within Universal Tales’s Cascadia Overview associated with Galaxy Frontiers.

Government associations must regulate economies to bring balance for the benefit of all peoples; ensuring the median cost of living, rentals and home values are below median income of individual people, not households. In this way, there is financial stability and balance within societies for all unique peoples.
When ‘Contracting’ bloated economics, escalated values of homes and properties must come down. This is not a ‘Recession.’ When ‘Inflation’causes median cost of living and property values, as well as rentals, to exceed proper relation with median incomes, any form of lowering bloated valuations is considered a ‘Correction’or ‘Contraction.’ Such Correctionsand Contraction are not Recession and is needed to bring proper balance to economies for all unique peoples. To do otherwise is to allow those with greedy intentions to prosper when others suffer. This behavior is not decent – and such behavior must be shunned. Heisters and Bullies must not thrive at the expense of others.
When gross, obscene Inflation escalates to levels that causes more and more people to become impoverished, methods for ‘Deep-Economic Contraction’ must be applied. The greater the Inflation, the more drastic the Contraction and Correctionmust become, in order to bring balance into societies.
We as decent people of societies must ensure proper economic balance is achieved, so all unique peoples thrive. So let it be done.
